Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Technical SEO Content Lead to join our team. The Technical SEO Content Lead will be responsible for driving the customer output for the Neonify.ai product so need someone with a Client-Centric Approach who understands the needs and requirements of our solutions and will deliver from a Search Engine Optimisation and Quality Content perspective.

By understanding brand and publisher goals, challenges, and preferences, this person will ensure that the technology solutions we deliver align closely with their expectations and deliver maximum value.

In your role, you will:

Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders

We work closely with internal stakeholders, including the product and technology teams, to drive the development and implementation of technology solutions. Through collaborative discussions and feedback loops, we ensure that client priorities are effectively communicated and integrated into the technology roadmap.

Partnership with Internal Teams

Alignment with Client Objectives: Will partner with internal stakeholders in both the product and technology teams to align our solution with client objectives. By maintaining open communication channels and fostering a culture of collaboration, we ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal of delivering best-in-class content solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Will advocate for continuous improvement within our internal teams to enhance the quality and performance of our technology output. By staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and client feedback, we drive innovation and evolution in our solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Client-Centric Content Strategy: Will develop a customer-centric content strategy that focuses on delivering high-quality, relevant, and engaging content to meet the specific needs of our owned and operated sites and for our customers. Through thorough research, analysis, and collaboration, will ensure that our content resonates with target audiences and drives desired outcomes.

Technology-Driven Content Solutions: We leverage technology as an enabler to deliver best-in-class content solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, technical content creation, and optimisation techniques. The ideal candidate is passionate about SEO and AI and has a proven track record of improving organic search performance through content.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Content Strategy

Drive and execute a comprehensive SEO content output strategy that www.Neonify.ai delivers for our clients that aligns with business goals and targets relevant
keywords and topics.

Content Creation

Ensure Neonify.ai can create high-quality technical content, including blog posts, articles, guides, case studies, and whitepapers, optimised for search engines and user intent.

Keyword Research

Drive the product evolution so we can conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and topics with search volume and relevance to our target audience through our product UI.

On-Page Optimisation

Ensure our technology optimises on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and content structure to improve organic search visibility and click-through rates (CTR).

Technical SEO Audits

Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities for optimisation, including crawlability, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup across our owned site and customer output.

Content Optimisation

Ensure our owned and operated sites are optimised with our content for search engines and user experience, including updating outdated content, improving readability, and scoping the automation of Neonify.ai adding relevant internal and external links.

Content Distribution

Develop and execute content distribution strategies using the Neonify.ai technology to amplify the reach and visibility of content through our social media, and email marketing modules

Performance Monitoring

Monitor and analyse key performance metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, and engagement, and use insights to refine content strategy and execution for our product offering.

SEO Tools and Technology

Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO tools, technologies, and trends, and leverage them to improve content performance and drive organic traffic growth for our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical SEO specialist, content marketer, or related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful SEO content projects.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimisation, technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimisation.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mos, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to cra compelling and engaging content that ranks well in search engines.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
